Conversation with Ken Dunbar, Ohio Wesleyan University and Arjun Seth, Edbrand.

This session will focus on changing trends in higher education and how high school students can prepare to succeed in admissions. In this moderated conversation participants will learn about the value of liberal arts colleges and student success resources that are available at leading institutions.

Speaker profile: Ken Dunbar has worked in the field of college/university admission for the past 17 years and this is the only job he has had in his professional life.  He started with Skidmore College (NY) in the summer of 2000 as Assistant Director of Admission and after a few years of domestic admission work he became Associate Director and Coordinator of International Admission. After 15 years he left Skidmore in 2015 for Wheaton College (MA) where he helped to implement a Refugee Scholarship in response to President Trump's attempted travel ban. After two years at Wheaton he recently took a job as Director of International Admission at Ohio Wesleyan University.
