It is our pleasure to invite you to a workshop on Object-Oriented Programming and Simulations.
During our first Nature of Code workshop, we introduced participants to Processing.js, the fundamentals of Object Oriented Programming, and random walks. Our second workshop in the series builds upon the foundational concepts introduced in the first. This workshop will focus on Euclidean Vectors: mathematical objects that have both magnitude and direction. Over the course of the workshop we will introduce students to the concept of a vector, manually carry out elementary vector operations, and finally leverage this newfound knowledge to create both non-interactive and interactive computer simulations
Note: This workshop is for students only. Students who are curious to know more about programming and haven't had much experience with it are welcome to join. We are keeping the prerequisite knowledge for the workshop to the bare minimum.
About the Speaker
