Planning.png

Venue: EdBrand Office, 301 Crosspoint, Gurugram.

Time: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Project management and planning can be difficult at the best of times. The logframe is a project management tool that can be used to design, implement, monitor and evaluate a project. Completed logical frameworks form the basis of a project plan and can be used as a reference tool for on-going reporting.

While the Logframe originated from a planning approach used by the US military, and was later adopted by USAid in the 1960s for development projects, it can be applied in a host of other areas.

The aim of this workshop is to teach participants how to use a Logframe to aid project planning and ensure project efficiency. The Logframe can be particularly helpful tool for students when they are initiating their own business projects, community projects and research papers.
