Global Outreach work

Arjun also serves as the Honorary Convener for Global University Admissions Webinars at CBSE. He also supports CBSE’s initiatives to secure equivalency recognition for its global curriculum, similar to international standards like AP, IB, and A-Levels. He is also a team member responsible for planning and organizing a high-powered conference later in the year. CBSE will host Deans and Directors of Admissions from the Top 25 highly selective universities in the U.S., with an aim of strengthening its international engagement and academic partnerships. From policy to purpose, your work will support someone deeply engaged with shaping the future of education both in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Calendar and Communications Management

  • Manage the Founder’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and proactively block time for creative, strategic, and deep work

  • Draft, review, and respond to professional emails; maintain inbox hygiene, review book manuscript, develop workshop slide decks

  • Prepare briefings, bios, and summaries before important calls or presentations

🔹 Project Coordination

  • Maintain trackers for student applications, events, and strategic collaborations (Notion or Airtable)

  • Assist with managing timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables for writing consultants, designers, and partners

  • Help schedule and coordinate meetings with school partners, university reps, or collaborators

🔹 Content and Documentation Support

  • Proofread and format professional documents such as proposals, presentations, and reports

  • Coordinate the publication of newsletters, blog posts, or podcast/video content in collaboration with the media team

  • Maintain updated project folders and documentation (Google Drive)

🔹 Event & Campaign Support

  • Help coordinate logistics for webinars, in-person workshops, and global education events

  • Prepare event briefs, participant lists, follow-up emails, and resource kits

  • Track deadlines, RSVPs, and help with tech setup or recordings

🔹 Special Research & Personal Assistance

  • Conduct online research for strategic initiatives (e.g., university outreach, books, tools, funding opportunities)

  • Occasionally assist with personal tasks (travel booking, errands, reading list management)

  • Assist in the completion of the book project

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Program Coordinator, or Client Success role (bonus if jobs/internships have been in education, media, or startups)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

  • Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace, ChatGPT (other AI tools) Notion, Zoom, Slack, Canva, LinkedIn, and Airtable (or willing to learn)

  • Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and design

  • Emotionally intelligent and reliable — you listen deeply, follow through, and hold space without judgment

  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage up

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with writing or editing academic or marketing content

  • Familiarity with the college admissions landscape (especially U.S., India or U.K.)

  • Exposure to event management or online course platforms

  • An interest in education, storytelling, or personal growth

Compensation

INR 40,000 – 50,000 per month (based on experience and fit)
Performance-based bonuses and learning opportunities included.
