HackEd is an all-ages community of tech enthusiasts who strive to learn from experts in the field, connect with other hobbyists, and gain the knowledge required to start their own projects.

Who can join us?

You don’t need to be an experienced programmer/developer, all you need is the drive to learn.

3 tracks for learning:

Hardware + Robotics - If working with motors and sensors to make quadcopters and maze-navigating robots sound fun, this is the track for you! Learn how to use Arduino/Raspberry Pi.

Software - If you have a passion for writing code to make tangible solutions for real-world problems, this is the track for you! This track includes App Development (Java, Kotlin) and Web Development (HTML, CSS, Materialize, JS, jQuery, etc.). Come acquire the skills to turn your startup idea into a fully functional app/website!

Algorithms - If you have a love for pure maths or are fascinated by the upcoming technologies like Machine Learning, this is the track for you!

We will be joined by Alok Mittal at our inaugural event. He is a tech entrepreneur, angel investor and co-founder of Plaksha University. He graduated from University of California, Berkeley in 1996.
