LogFrame Workshop: Tool to Plan a Project

While the LogFrame originated from a planning approach used by the US military, and was later adopted by US Aid in the 1960s for development projects, today it can be applied in a host of different areas. One such application is in the management of projects.

The LogFrame is a project management tool that can be used to design, implement, monitor and evaluate a project. Completed Logical Frameworks form the basis of a project plan and can be used as a reference tool for on-going reporting.

On 11 August 2018, EdBrand conducted a workshop on using LogFrames to aid project planning and ensure project efficiency. The intention was to introduce LogFrames to students to help them initiate, and then direct to fruition, their own business projects, community projects and research papers.
