The Young Leaders for Active Citizenship (YLAC) bootcamp this June is designed to enable young adults to become active agents of change in their communities. It will give them an opportunity to reflect deeply about their identity, to broaden their perspective and to acquire skills to affect change in their immediate contexts. It will culminate in live projects with partner NGOs where participants will learn to use the tools of advocacy to support a cause of their choice.
The program will be anchored by Rohit Kumar (Alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School of Government) and Aparajita Bharti (Alumna of Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford University). With an illustrious board of advisors like Dr. Shashi Tharoor (MP), Mr. Jay Panda (MP) and Prof. Michael Walton (Harvard) this summer program promises to be an enriching experience.
